Manora is a unique tourist spot located near Pattukkottai and in between Adirampattinam and Sethubavachathiram in ECR . Due to the age of the Building and for security reasons , viewers are not allowed to climb on the top. I had an opportunity to climb atop in early 2000 and fresh air flow can be even recalled now. A person accompanied me informed that Lightings in Srilanka can be seen after sunset and coastal radius be 15 - 16 kms from Manora to Srilanka. The waves are very low and even boatings are arranged . It became a Global Village and if Tamil Nadu Tourism publicize , it will attract many at par with LAGOON near Muthupettai. If interested , pay a visit at once .
